GoogleWe moved in few days ago. Nice little flat, as advertised on the Greene & Co, agency site. Mr Shakir, was the agent who took care, of our moving process. We've got what he advertised, and promised about the flat. He even helped us, with moving some of our stuff all the way into the flat. which is a very rare thing, for a nowadays estate agent. We then popped into his car, and took us around Crouch End. 2 minute by car from where we live. He gave us some info details, about the local life, and all the good shops and bakeries around. We are very happy, about the flat, the area, and will recommend for sure. Great service, great experience. Very professional indeed, Way above five stars!

GoogleAbsolutely the worst agency I've ever dealt with. Our landlord sold the house while we were still living there(without telling us) and even though we had no heating or hot water in the middle of the winter the agency refused to provide any help or assistance. Now they want more money for extending of the contract even though they're not even managing our property anymore!

I sympathise with your position and am sorry you had these issues. But our role at Greene & Co Crouch End in this case is ‘let only’, in other words we have no role in the day-to-day management of the property, that is 100% between you and the landlord, as per the contract. So it is the landlord's responsibility to make sure the boiler is working properly. Nor do we have any knowledge of if or when a landlord decides to sell the house unless they choose to tell us.There is a charge for contract extensions, this is standard professional practice.
