The lettings manager, Sofia Williams, at this location (Crouch End) couldn’t be more helpful. As landlords, she has assisted us through two tenancies and has always proven to be reliable, prompt, as well as a friendly voice on the other end of the line (we are out of town landlords so this counts for a lot!) Although we self manage the property, we feel confident knowing we are always welcome to contact Sofia with any questions/concerns. Thank you to Sofia and her lettings team for their continuing great service!

We planned to sell our house in Crouch End in the summer of 2018, a time of uncertainty in the London real estate market. We interviewed seven local agents. Summer was the most confident in her valuation and the abilty of her team to deliver good quality buyers. We worked closely together in preparing and presenting the house for sale. In the first two weeks on the market we had over a dozen viewings and a number of offers. There were some delays with execution but throughout we were well informed. As well as our high regard for Summer, special mention must also go to Andrew, Cheryl, Dominika and Katie. We were very happy with the overall process and result.

I dealt with Ersin for my property search. I have to say that I have generally had a bad experience with most estate agents. Ersin is the exception to the rule as he was exceptional. He was constantly in touch with me and kept letting me know as soon as properties came onto the market. I never felt pushed into anything and even though I was a buyer, I felt that he was balancing both the Seller's needs and mine. At times when I was losing faith, Ersin was upbeat and energised. If you are looking for an estate agent, this chap should be your first stop!

I rented a flat through Green & Co, Crouch End in February. Sofia Williams was excellent from start to finish. I'd seen several flats with other agents which was disappointing due to the quality of flats and the agents! I spoke to Sofia who called me about the place I now live in and i think she realised how down I had found the whole experience to date so was great in getting me first in the door and letting me know that later that day others were due to view it so I could make a decision. She then organised for me to see it again as I needed to before offering and then she organised to take my deposit quickly. She was punctual, polite, professional and I would happily recommend her. I switched to Greene & Co after having been with other estate agents for a long time without success. Greene & Co got it sold really quickly. After a very friendly and efficient first meeting with Summer, the Crouch End branch manager, everything progressed with impressive speed and friendly professionalism. My case was processed all the way through by James. I can’t praise too highly James’s handling of my sale and purchase. He was in constant communication with me, pursuing all parties in the chain, liaising with my solicitor and others’ solicitors and estate agents, giving constant and patient reassurance that everything would work out despite my neurotic worrying. I used Greene and Co to buy a flat in 2009 and to rent it out in 2012 and then sell it in 2016 and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In particular, my most recent experience in selling my flat has been fantastic, and that's thanks to Ersin Mehmet, who was responsible for securing a buyer for me. Ersin is utterly unflappable, affable, extremely professional and a brilliant communicator - he proactively kept me informed and up to date with the progress of the sale and was extremely responsive to any queries or concerns I had during the process. He is quite simply awesome at his job and if you are looking to sell your property, a) use Greene and Co, they are brilliant and b) based on my experience, ask for Ersin.

We worked with James whilst we looked for a new property in the area. Whilst we ultimately found a place with another agency, James was excellent throughout the couple of months we worked with him. This time last year ( 2015 ) my property went on the market with Green & Co at their North London branch Crouch End. I was so nervous. Selling your home can be a stressful and daunting experience especially if it's your first time selling like myself but these agents made me feel confident and relaxed and the process from making that first call to signing the contract to going onto the advertising market went very smoothly and comfortably. I didn't have to worry about anything. The photos looked so lovely and were taken by a professional photographer which can make a whole lot of difference for the presentation of your property, we all want our homes to look their best especially when we want to sell and Green & Co will certainly do that for you. Their advertising presentation was perfect in my opinion and there was nothing that I wanted/needed to change and I can be quite picky. My property went live on the Tuesday late June 2015 and by the end of the week I had accepted an offer, I could not believe it I had to keep pinching myself at how quickly they found me a buyer. What I can say about the agents at Green & Co is that they don't just work for you they work with you and build a plan that works around what you need and how you want to sell which is very important for you as the client as you want agents to go at a pace that you are comfortable with and you also want agents that listen to you, well these agents do just that. They are really on the ball and work hard to get those viewers lined up for you. I have experienced other agents and I can honestly say that Green & Co are my favorite. They don't pressure you they will ease any concerns you may have about the whole property selling/buying process. I would definitely strongly recommend these agents to sell your property and for those of you that are first time sellers or worried sellers then Green & Co are exactly what you need. These guys and gals don't just enjoy their job they seriously are very good at their job. Thank you Green & Co agents at the N8 branch and a special thanks to the branch manager Summer Preston. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
