I rate and recommend Greene & Co Crouch End very highly. Sofia and Karim found me new tenants within just four hours of viewing the property. They has excellent local knowledge, assured me that they would be able to find the right people, and communicated clearly and appropriately at all times. After a less positive experience with another letting agent I was overwhelmed with the service offered and result secured by Greene & Co. They are highly recommended and I look forward to an ongoing professional relationship with them.

I can't speak highly enough of Summer and the team at the Crouch End branch of Green and Co. While in the midst of a disaster experience with another estate agent we received a cute tea towel through the door with all the local streets in our area along with a gentle note saying if we needed help selling our flat give them a call. From the cool marketing through to the initial consultation and eventual sale of our property (within 1 month our flat was sold) the sales team were friendly, professional and pro-active. The negotiations turned out to be a drawn out process, my husband and I were grateful to have their advice and support throughout.

We were moving into a new flat in the Crouch End area. I tried out some of the rival agents but Shakir was by far the most helpful agent that we came across which ultimately led us to let through this company. He is honest and straightforward - no time wasting. He was extremely helpful including walking miles in the snow to make sure we were able to move in on the Sunday that we wanted. We couldn't have asked for more.

We recently sold our flat through Greene and Co. and have been very happy with the service they provided. Having originally purchased our flat via an online agency and found the negotiations to be a stressful and unpleasant experience without an agent to handle it, we chose to use Greene and Co. for our sale and found it a much less stressful and drawn out experience. Andrew did a brilliant job of handling our sale. He is a good people-person and negotiator, and we were impressed with his ability to explain both sides' perspectives to each other. He was efficient in dealing with our enquiries and returned our calls promptly. He showed us kindness well beyond the call of duty and was a firm favourite with our little toddler, who called him "An-ew" excitedly whenever he came round! James also did a great job of drumming up interest in our flat and getting to know the finer details of our property. Although he didn't handle our sale, he was helpful, friendly and efficient in passing on messages etc. Summer is an impressive manager who clearly loves managing a well-run estate agency. We chose to put our faith in her due to her positivity and the strength of reviews of previous clients, and she and her team have lived up to our expectations. Estate agents don't always have the best reputation but Summer, Andrew and James all stood out to us as decent, kind people who worked hard to help us sell our place. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in future.

We sold our flat through Greene's in Crouch End and they were great. The whole sales team were very helpful. I felt like they understood the flat's USPs and communicated that to potential buyers. They are all lovely people in the office who helped us through the inevitable stresses and strains of selling and buying, but a special thanks to Summer, Andrew, and James who we saw most of, and gave us consistently good advice. Would definitely use them again.
