GoogleExcellent service by George, rented my house twice now. Had some difficulty with the last tenants but George was very quick to resolve the issue and really helped out everywhere he could. Special mention to Jaime Summers as she was very helpful also. Finchley N3 4 bed Detached House 750p/w

GoogleWe bought a property from March Reefe and really appreciated the support she provided throughout the process. From offer to completion took only about 8-9 weeks, in no small part due to her willingness to chase for information and make sure everyone had whatever was needed to proceed. Sometimes people forget that showing the property is just the beginning--a lot of the real work where having a good estate agent can make or break the sale is after the offer's been accepted!

March Reefe, in particular, made sure that buyers were fully aware of the main selling points, and she kept an eye on the vacant property so that it always presented at its best. GoogleWe bought a flat through Greene & Co. 7 years ago which left a bad aftertaste, so we finally wanted to share. The actual viewing and sales negotiation process was fine, responsive and friendly as you'd expect from highly incentivised sales staff. The problem started at the final stage, the key handover. One set of keys was missing (the set they had used for doing viewings). This included a key to the flat (which we could get recut) as well as a key fob to get entry to the building (which was not possible to replace/deactivate). Despite all their 'key logging' systems and procedures they were unable to locate the keys. This in itself we could have lived with, as mistakes can happen, but the way that they behaved around it showed a lack of respect for their customers (us as well as the sellers) and a dishonesty which we found appalling. It took multiple Emails, phone calls and even a discussion with the manager to finally get them to agree that they made a mistake and reimburse us for having to change the lock and get new keys. During this very uncomfortable ordeal they tried to shift blame to anyone but themselves, and even had the audacity to suggest that "everyone changes the lock when they buy a new place, so we assumed you'd do the same and would have no use for the keys anymore". We had to inform them that we trusted the sellers 100% and therefore had not planned on changing the lock. We would expect any estate agent to live up to the trust placed in them when people hand over the keys to their property, so this lack of responsibility and dismissiveness meant we decided never to use them for future engagements, despite the good work of their frontline staff.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy experience with them is quite positive, I’ve been kept informed every step of the way and the relationship has been professional and polite. Some improvement could be made on the negotiation phase where the communication was sometimes unclear being in the middle of buyer and seller. Overall I would recommend.

GoogleThe staff are rude and focused predominantly on commission without taking into consideration the person - we had a very bad experience. If you read through a lot of the reviews you'll find that most of them are too good to be true - I wouldn't be surprised if they were engineered.

Googleproactive, effective and responsive estate agents giving the right advice and were very well versed in the local area, transport links and in giving objective guidance in a rental search. Much better than the competition. Were fantastic in my lettings search- especially shakir in the crouch end branch.

GoogleHaving spent several weeks trying to find a new home with private landlords and other agencies it was beginning to look rather bleak and frustrating until that was when I met Nabil El-Ghorri from Greene and co. He has been exemplary and faultless and has given me faith in estate agents. His professionalism was put to the test with a very awkward situation which was not his doing and thankfully we were able to move forward secure a great property and start a new home.
