GoogleWe chose to use our local Whetstone Hetheringtons as we both wanted a flat in this trendy new build and Hetheringtons had the contract. We're long term renters and finding the right place was proving stressful (self employed) until we visited Hetheringtons.. Thankfully..The estate agent appointed to us was David (Silver) who helped us step by step through the process of filling in forms and gathering all the relevant information to secure the flat we wanted . It is not straight forward renting these days espacially when youre self employed with no guarantor. David had so much patience and thankfully we got the flat and we're happily living here now. David provided a professional service with personality that helped make the situation as stress free as possible and we're both so grateful and are in no doubt that if we decide to buy locally and get a mortgage we know where to go. Again thankyou!!!

GoogleWe invited Hamptons to discreetly market our property and within a week or so had received 3 offers, we accepted the guide price. The whole process ran smoothly over about 3 months, from exchange to completion. Hamptons were professional and responsive to questions. We had previously marketed the property with another agent and received no offers, on reflection the marketing price then was too high and did not attract serious interest. Advice on pricing by Hamptons was probably crucial to the speed of our sale. Thank you to all at Hamptons, Whetstone.

GoogleFrom start to finish I cannot fault the care and attention I got from the Hampton's staff. Every person was extremely professional and very willing to put in extra effort when it was needed. I was kept informed of the progress of the sale all the time and, when the first potential buyer dropped out, on the same day, Debbie arranged more viewings and secured a second buyer.
