A fantastic and very professional service all round from both Debbie and John ! Their experience showed during our sale and purchase . They had offers on our house right away and they managed to find us a beautiful new home to move to as well. As an owner of a property company myself , I know how challenging some transactions can be when there is a chain involved but the whole process was handled so well by both Debbie and John who kept us in the loop at all times and chased matters continuously for us , even on their days off sometimes . Great work ethic , communication and friendly service all round from the whole team at Hamptons ! Highly recommended !

Estate agents get bad press.......but Hamptons in Whetstone must be an exception. We have just exchanged contracts on the sale of our house and have experienced a truly professional service from Hamptons. From Nicola, Head of Sales, (who valued the property) to Debbie and Michelle who conducted all viewings - and Debbie again who managed all offers, negotiations and events leading up to exchange - the communication and expertise demonstrated was simply impeccable. We bought our first home through the Hamptons Totteridge and Whetstone Branch, after almost a year of searching and dealing with many agents in around the surrounding area. The agent we dealt with at Hamptons was Debbie Sammut, an absolute star! We Decided to use Hetheringtons after seeing them in action at a house we were interested in buying, we liked the enthusiasm and the professionalism of the person showing the house. This was what we wanted to have when showing our home to prospective buyers. Mark Goss was the lucky individual given the job of showing our home and we found him to be courteous and professional and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Hetheringtons if your considering selling your home and if I ever decide to go through the pain of buying and selling I will be looking at using them again although I hope it wont be for a long time.

Hetheringtons in Whetstone managed the sale of my house and purchase of a flat for me in September 2017 and both events happened perfectly, professionally and very happily. I cannot rate them high enough! Without exception I found all the team within Hetheringtons knowledgeable, professional, totally competent and unbelievably helpful. Debbie Sammut was the person I dealt with the most and she was fantastic - always available, always helpful and guiding me so correctly that in the end I believed she knew what I wanted more than I did! They have a very rigorous process for taking offers, so makes the seller feel much more secure throughout the sale process.
