Moved to London from Amsterdam and linked up with Ben R. To see a few units in his territory. He unlike all other letting agents we’ve worked with in London understood customer service. Prompt, on top of listing details, and consistent follow up. Called/texted to check in and communicated clearly. Give him a call if you’re looking to rent a place.

Well, for landlords, they find tenants and pretty quickly. Tried to let my apartment myself but soon realised Greene & Co have a better network and resources not immediately available to me! They are competitively priced compared to other agents. Not always the smoothest process (dealing with too many people), but ultimately the team is responsive and gets stuff done. Will certainly use them again. Special thanks to Fawaz and Suay.

Renting not buying if that helps. The agents were actually very helpful and nice, however I was told that the property would be professionally cleaned before I got there and can assure you it wasn't. Went out and got my own steam cleaner; the standard non-industrial model was able to get so much off of the carpet that it wasn't possible it was cleaned before hand. It was actually really gross to see it all. The kitchen was disgustingly dirty with things like a thick layer of grease and grime on the underside of the extractor and cabinets near the hob and most of the surfaces needing an in depth cleaning before they were usable. I also asked if I should be present at the inventory to which they said I needn't be and assured me it would be fine. The inventory missed blatant items like a broken window and some mold from a leaky pipe. I noted them initially and they said they would be fixed or noted and fixed later when I did the walk-through with the agent before making an offer. Seems like they just wanted to say what I wanted to hear to get an offer on a property. I'm lucky the landlord is actually a nice guy so far. Edit: If you weren't asked to get it cleaned than your agent shouldn't have said that it would be, since he didn't know.
