I would highly recommend Hamptons in Maida Vale. Margit and Steve have been lovely, amazingly helpful, and very attentive throughout the entire process of purchasing my first flat. Not only they've facilitated the entire process promptly and efficiently, they have also provided some useful advice on adjacent matters, for example a choice of a solicitor. Overall a wonderful experience and a lovely property as well.

I selected green & co as one of 3 I invited to value. I liked the fact they did not knock other estate agents and spoke of what they could offer me and affirmed they were working for me. I had been researching sales in my area for over a year and we agreed a price I believe was sensible. Although Steve is the manager the team came to view the property and introduce themselves. They asked how I wanted to manage the viewings and made me very much part of the process. Josh and George were the main links. Both were very good. However George was particularly kind when I was faced with a stressful situation as I was selling my home of many years.They did treat it like my home and not a commodity. I also had a sale agreed after 9 days. Thank you all at the maida vale office.

They are the most unprofessional agency. Once they get the money they don't even reply to the emails you send them. There is guy called Hussain and he is an absolute dodgy person! super rude and unprofessional. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ANY COST.

I've used Greene almost a decade a go and I'm happy to say the service is still great. We've been helped by Oksana this time, probably one of the best agents I've ever had: hard-working, communicative, and respectful. She somehow always manages to fit a viewing to match our busy schedule and lets us know about all the important details helping us find a property that truly fits our particular needs. She is also great at making us see the strengths of each property that otherwise I wouldn't notice. Her efficiency and warmth makes every dealing a pleasure, making the sometimes tiring process of looking for a home in London much much more bearable and even fun. I cannot recommend Oksana and Greene enough.

We have been lookign for a flat to buy for a while and dealing with LOTS of estate agents. For me Greene&Co stands out amongt all thers and this is putrely down to the person we have been dealing with (Simon Cole). Simon has been great! He is very thorough in his approach, understands the needs and the profile of his customer very well which helps him to put the right properties in front of his client. He is very honest and builds trust very quickly. He keeps regular and just the right amount of contact and always happy to go the extra mile. When we dealt with Simon he was always very quick in responding to queries and fulfil his commitments. We have been very happy with our experience with Greene&Co so far and this is totally due to Simon.

Received a 5-star service from Green & Co. My main contacts were Hussein, Jessica and Beth and they were all super helpful and proactive, sending me property details on a daily basis based on my requirements. In particular Hussein showed me over 6 properties that matched my criteria at very short notice in the evening as I work during the day. I know he would not have hesitate to show me more had I not found a flat that suits me and my partner. I couldn't recommend Green & Co enough, and they will be my first point of contact if I look for a property again in the future. Marie

We made a decision to sell our flat and naturally wanted to see a few companies first before we decide who to market with. Steve immediately made me feel comfortable as there was no pressure selling, just straight talking. I decided to go with Greene and Co or I should say go with Steve. After a few potential buyers, it was decided what price we should be seeking and having done that, I got a buyer who was genuine and had the money to pay for it, credit to Steve and the team for carrying out due diligence as £600k is not exactly chicken feed and not everyone can either afford it or persuade their bank to give them that amount! I have to say with the exception of solicitors slightly dragging their heels, the actual purchase sailed through smoothly. All in all, I have to admit given the attitude many people have on estate agents, I actually enjoyed working with your company and achieved the results we all wanted. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Steve( I did drive him a bit crazy with the chasing, sorry Steve!) Simon was great and obviously put in much effort that helped seal the deal. People always say, ' I would not hesitate to recommend' etc etc but I actually mean it. Well done everyone and keep up the good work, you are definitely changing people's opinion on estate agents.

George went above and beyond for me time and time again...I had an extensive list of very particular pre-requisites all of which he ensured were included in any property he showed me. All too often you get an estate agent who will waste your time by ticking 9 out of 10 boxes. George appreciates that time is precious and that buying a property is not a place to settle for second best. I would recommend George to anyone wanting to buy a property.

Our contact Alina Murphy has been extremely helpful in our house hunting adventure. She immediatly understood what kind of property we are looking for and this is a rare phenomenon. After a few viewings with Alina we realised that previously we were losing so much time for viewings with other agencies. I was so happy to meet Richard Baum during my flat hunting. Since day 1 he has been warm, welcoming and fun to work with. He immediately understood my needs and what I was looking for even though, considering my budget and the type of property I had in mind, it was not an easy task. He listened very carefully to my opinions, he kept my mood up when I was losing all hopes thus showing me how much he cared. It never felt like the typical agent-customer relationship but more like a team work and he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I have been living in London for 7 years and I do know very well the stress involved into finding a new property and this is why i can easily say that Richard was by far the best agent I have ever came across. My wife & I were very impressed with the level of service provided by George and Steve. From the outset George was very professional and patient when showing us round the apartment as we visited three times before committing to buy. George handled the negotiations very well and managed to wrap up the purchase quickly even though the seller was based on the other side of the world. There were a few issues arising during the buying process and both George and Steve were very helpful in resolving these. We would thoroughly recommend Green & Co and should we sell the apartment at some point in the future, we'll definitely do this with them.

I was looking for a rental in the area. Hussein was a fantastic help to me in my rental search. He had a good understanding of prices in the area, was very frank with what I could get for my money, and kept a very open channel of communication with the landlord when I did find a place on which I wanted to put in an offer. I worked with many different companies and agents in the area, and definitely found Hussien to be the most pleasant to work with. I will be calling him up when I need to move next! Would definitely recommend him to others.
