My professional relationship with Steve Kadi stretches back over thirty years from when I first bought and rented out properties in Maida Vale. Fast-forward many decades later, and needing to sell a flat earlier this year, that relationship with Steve, now at Hamptons, was rekindled and, along with it, the start of a new acquaintance with sales consultant, Christina Elmazi. I can’t give enough credit to Steve and Christina. Their knowledge of their patch is second to none and their expert valuation of our property and advice on what to do and what not to do regarding my proposed program of refurbishment was simply spot on. Both are consummate professionals who went far and beyond what was required to get the flat sold in record time at the price we wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Steve, Christina and the team at Hamptons Maida Vale.
