GoogleSarita as the property manager of our London apartment is extremely professional, efficient, helpful and courteous. She regularly demonstrates the ability to understand and assess issues and recommend cost effective remedies or options. Her prompt attention to managing her e-mail is refreshing as are the gentle reminders on the odd occasions if she fails to receive a timely reply from us.

GoogleVery good experience over the years with Hamptons. Tony O'Connell was excellent in securing me a very good tenant who is still there after four years. Hamptons, generally including all staff members, are very efficient, effective and persistent with communications and administration. Would definitely recommend.

He helped us understand the procedures, provided us with pictures and videos of the apartments, helped us understand the location and answered all our questions! He is extremely helpful and trustworthy and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the place we were renting! it was a completely hassle free experience all thanks to William and Hamptons!

GoogleWilliam (Will) Aspinall runs marathons around other Letting’s Agents - hands down! I was so impressed by Will’s dedication, I sent a thank you note to the manager at his location. If you’re moving to London, do yourself a favour, call Hamptons, and ask for Will right now. Moving is stressful enough so make it easier on yourself by working with a Rock Star Professional. Will is our landlord’s agent…he wasn’t even representing us and yet his polite attention and dedication to my many, many questions and of all of the requests I made (which were outside his area of responsibility), were always met with patience and in an efficient manner (despite the hideous time difference between California and the UK), where we were moving from. I can assure you that Will went above and beyond to ensure our move was as seamless and easy as possible - he has a certain authentic calmness that made the whole process of viewings, paperwork and understanding the differences in lifestyle much easier to digest and my husband and I are eternally grateful for all of Will’s assistance - we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to work with Will again. Thank you so very much Will !!!

GoogleWorking with Daniel was absolute pleasure, he is a very professional, effective and reliable agent. I was looking for a apartment/flat to rent as soon as possible, he made the whole process itself extremely fast , smooth and easy. At first, I expected it to be a very stressful experience, but it's turned out the complete opposite! Daniel helped me with all of the documentation and was available to answer all of my questions 24/7. Great service! Top class agents. I stronglt recommend Hamptons and especially Daniel!

Especially when we are overseas landlords in different timezones, we are very much dependent on her resourcefulness and most importantly, her accountability towards her clients to make sure that their interests are safeguarded. GoogleAs a first-time landlord, having reliable, responsive and professional advice and support was essential. Obviously, there are dozens of agents out there but I was recommended to speak with Hamptons early on and I was not disappointed. Chris and his team in the lettings department have been nothing other than first class, highly professional and fully engaged. The result is that they found me some excellent tenants who agreed to pay the rental asking price and have now moved in and all is well.
