GoogleMel Carter and the team at Hamptons were fantastic to work with over what was a very lengthy and at times traumatic sale and purchase. Without their help and support I would have found the whole process much more difficult. I will genuinely miss talking to Mel on the phone, sometimes at very unsociable hours! I heartily recommend the team at Hamptons North Dulwich.

Always available and always going out of their way to provide a helpful answer, this team was a pleasure to work with, we really couldn't have done it without them! Highly recommended.

GoogleThe team at Hamptons Dulwich were truly exceptional. Great attention to detail when marketing our property and took care when matching potential buyers. Most importantly they were honest in their communication, gave support in the times when it was needed and were always professional. Outstanding service and I would thoroughly recommend them. GoogleThey worked harder for the buyer and they did not negotiate the best price. They caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress and were very slow to apologise for the mistakes they made. I do not recommend them. They have an air of arrogance which stems from the branch manager.

They suggested an asking price slightly higher than that of their competitors; this came with assurances that we would be able to achieve close to it, which we did. Mel and Callum provided excellent advice and reassurance throughout the process and the whole team were always professional. We would highly recommend Hamptons Dulwich branch for sales.
