Our timing was challenging (as we needed money quick to pay for another house where our offer had been accepted), plus we were stuck abroad - and yet we had a flawless professional execution. Dan controlled the process from start to finish, and Jess O'Kane helped to keep the ball rolling once the sale had been agreed. The transition process was super smooth but there were a fair few glitches with the rental property. Thahmid Sultan, our management contact at Hamptons, has been brilliant. Always friendly & professional, he managed to sort out langstanding issues (from before he came on board), with great speed, effeciency and determination. It was a breath of fresh air having him deal with our tennancy.

GoogleHamptons has provided an excellent service, both in finding tenants for my property and in property management. They are responsive and detail-oriented. Particular shout-outs to Ross Lines (property manager, great at fixing problems!) and Alan Van (residential lettings). But the whole team has been great :)
