GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Joanna show us around a house we were interested in. She was super professional, had knowledge, very polite and friendly and knew her stuff. We asked heaps of questions and no question was a problem or too much for her to answer. We didn't go for the house as it wasn't for us but if we decide to sell in the future, we will definitely contact Joanna at Haart first.

GoogleWe've been unfortunate enough to rent a property from this company for almost 4 years and by the end of it we were effectively chased out of our home by their horrible management team as they refused constantly to get in touch with us, they blatantly ignored all our attempts of communication with ongoing issues in the property (we tried emailing, calling every day multiple times, leaving voice mails, reaching via web chat directly and nothing worked), we were forced at one point to live with a flooded kitchen and bathroom for over a month and without any semblance of assistance from their end we had to end up fixing the issue ourselves, then we were left for almost 6 months with damps and leaks all over the roof and bedrooms which where generating mould. All of this made worse by the fact that they weren't even notifying our landlords accordingly and they effectively left the house be rundown and incur in much higher repair costs than necessary for the landlords who were also shocked off all these issues once we finally managed to meet after we have submitted our notice and they decided to come and take a look at themselves since they were surprised as they had no idea of the ongoing situation in their property, we exhausted every tool we had at our disposal in trying to reach a solution but until the very end we were ignored by Haart. Hope our experience works as warning for future tenants considering renting from this company, I'm honestly surprised they have such a great score but I've noticed most of their reviews are from landlords rather than tenants.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant guys! The price of houses is fair. We asked to manage our viewings as soon as possible, and agent Fiona did everything to us. She knew her properties very well and professionally answered all our questions. We had enough time for every viewing, not rushing at all. At the very first day with Haart we found our dream house after several months of searching. I especially like that it was no manipulation from agent's side. They are interested in buyers as well as vendors.
