GoogleAs first time buyer looking for our dream home, we were lucky enough to see a property managed by haart with Joanna. She was very professional, answered all of our (often silly) questions and made sure to get back to us quickly for anything that needed confirming with a 3rd party. The buying process was very smooth, she gave us an excellent suggestion as solicitor, talked us through every step and have been very responsive and attentive. It's our first property and it could have been a complete nightmare: instead we are now happy homeowners and would definitely suggest Joanna and haart to family and friends.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
