GoogleNot the best service that I have received. Recommended a substandard solicitor which plays a big part of the failed deal. Also quite pushy on the my side (buyer side), and tried to blame me on holding up the transaction whereas they should have gone to their recommended solicitor. Deal eventually didn’t go through because of other reasons (seller not having the relevant legal documents for their alternations to the house) Their liaising between all parties are okay and the main concern is their recommended solicitor which has brought me into a babysit exercise.

GoogleUnlawfully withholding my deposit based of falsified claims even though I have proof and confirmation from the landlord to fully release. Non responsive to emails or calls so had to open a dispute. Currently in the process of reporting them and seeking legal advice. AVOID! "I'm sure the property manager will be in touch" Pathetic reply, it's been over 2 months!! The level of incompetence is beyond me

Both Fiona, who showed us around, and Joanna, who has dealt with my musings on the phone, have been so supportive and helpful, holding our hands through a time of utter stress. Rolanda, the manager, talked us through everything once sale process began and her advice and guidance were priceless, especially as we hadn’t done this for such a long while. Highly recommend.
