GoogleWhen looking for a first time home my partner and I have been working with many different estate agents, and came across a few properties with Haart. When working with Haart Southgate, we were lucky enough to be assigned to the estate agent Joanna Gregoriou, she has shown us some of the most appropriate homes and has answered any questions and queries we've had honestly and promptly whenever they've come up during viewings and even after, going above and beyond to meet our criteria we've set for perspective homes and really engaging with us, taking onboard feedback we have after viewing the properties, giving us only the most suitable to view. Its been a pleasure working with her and we're excited to continue the journey with her and Haart as we find out first home.
Dear Simon, What a wonderful read! Thank you for your kind words . I am pleased to see Joanna has stood out amoung the agents in Southgate and we will do everything we can to move you into your first home and continue making this a great experience for you. Regards Rolanda Branch Partner

GoogleMy experience with Haart and their agents: I have been dealing with Haart for a while through Tanyel in particular. I have found her services quite helpfull and cexcellent, looking after both sides, i.e, buyer & seller. She is quite compitent and efficient in her job and quite good in following up cases trying to bring both sides to continuous negotiation. I had a case recently dealing with a couple through her which is still on going and with her help it may lead to mutual agreement.
Dear Alireza Ghorbanzadeh, Thank you for leaving such great and detailed feedback about your experience with haart Southgate estate agents. Have a great day Rolanda

GoogleTatiana in the Haart Southgate office was charming, cheerful, and got me in to my new flat when I turned up a day before they were expecting me. I had travelled from out of London, so if she hadn't had such a can do attitude, I could have had a very complicated time indeed. Much appreciated, and the service has been to the same standard since.
Thank you for your kind words about Tatiana, it is much appreciated. North London PM
