My experience with Haart and their agents: I have been dealing with Haart for a while through Tanyel in particular. I have found her services quite helpfull and cexcellent, looking after both sides, i.e, buyer & seller. She is quite compitent and efficient in her job and quite good in following up cases trying to bring both sides to continuous negotiation. I had a case recently dealing with a couple through her which is still on going and with her help it may lead to mutual agreement.

So often some people use social media just to complain, but there are those of us that take time out to express compliments or praise when it is due and this is just the case. I just signed up with Haarts of Southgate after a number of failures with other estate agent companies. So Haarts with their very extensive advertising outlets that they deal with, will hopefully in a short matter of time sell my property, they have already had 5 viewings in a matter of days. However, to be impressed even more I was sitting in their office today completing some paperwork with their Senior Branch Manager Ms Rolanda Politakis, she had to answer the phone as we were talking, of course she said excuse me, but hearing her fantastic professional and experienced chatter to this apparently new client, I was nothing short of extremely impressed. She knew the area, the roads, the type of dwelling, she was even able to connect with knowledge of the client from the past and her memory.. She just went on confirming and completing every detail being dictated from the client as well as confirming everything including giving very important constructive guidance and input. It certainly left me with confidence in Haarts that they know what they are doing, that they have the experience and will sell my property very shortly with staff like Rolanda Politakis managing the office. I'm impressed. Thank you all

I rented my property with Haart in October. They were fantastic in finding a tenant that suited my property within a short timescale. However, from the point that the tenants have been checked in I have raised queries and asked for them to be resolved. We are 4 weeks post them moving in and they still have not been despite me having conversations and emails to clearly state what I need - I have always had to chase - communication from their side has been appalling. I have opted for a full management service with them but clearly their strength is finding the tenant but not much else. My advice to anyone using them is to use them just to find a tenant but then to do everything else yourself as I truly feel it would have been easier for me to take this approach.

The team at Haart where from fantastic. I moved to them after difficulties with another agency. They sold my property at the asking price in no time at all. They were always courteous about arranging visits and kept me informed during the sales process. When it came to moving house to my new property Rolanda in particular was great. My chain was long and complicated but Rolanda managed them terrifically for me and sorted out any stress. I couldn’t thank Haart enough for everything they did. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to move home. They will do you proud!!!!

I had a valuation recently done on my property by Mr George Toumasiou. He told me the best price I can hope to achieve on my property and showed supporting evidence to back up everything he said for the going rate of properties in my area. After meeting with George I understood the whole process a lot more and felt more assured in my decision of how to move forward with my situation. I couldn't recommend Haart enough, especially if dealing with Mr Toumasiou.

I invited Kadeem at Haart estate agents to view my property to advise me of the current market value to enable me to determine whether or not to sell at this precise time. Kareem arrived promptly, was pleasant and respectful of my home. After viewing and taking measurements of all the rooms he provided me with the data he had researched ahead of the appointment to demonstrate how he arrived at the suggested listing price. I had a couple of questions which were answered to help me reach my decision. He then explained how Haart operates. At the end of the appointment l felt l had all the information l needed to help me decide my future.
