Thomas Barker at the Stopsley Haart delivered us our dream home!Exceptionally pleased with the long term relationship we've established with Haart in Stopsley over last 12 years with two purchases via Haart. Over the moon with our recently purchased home secured via Haart. The house hunting for upsizing started during the pandemic and took us ~2 years, with other estate agents. Haarts met our requirements straight away with the first winning home and rapidly worked to help us secure it within a few months. The wait was worth it!Special thank you to Thomas Barker . He has been patient, extremely knowledgeable proving us with a balanced with of the property. He always responded to queries via phone or email, promptly liaising on our behalf with vendors especially when there were delays on vendors solicitor's side. He was understanding when we had concerns and we collectively worked through any doubts or clarifications we sought from the vendor.Thank you Thomas, we really appreciate you! Right from the very beginning haart have given me excellent service.From the marketing of the property to the final completion I was kept informed all the way through.Omar Hussan came round and marketed the property .Took photos and videos and managed to find me a buyer within a couple of weeks.Excellent and very professional. Qais Dalwazie liased with both solicitors and the buyer to make sure things went as smoothly as possible.Nothing was too much trouble.The rest of the team were on hand to help out wherever they could.I would highly recommend Haarts in Wembley.Excellent all round service.

In choosing Haart Wolverhampton to sell my house, to say the least, I was a bit apprehensive especially with their selling fee and to be tied to them for months. I had a very good offer with in the first week which I accepted but Like anyone else I was disappointed when the sale fell through. There was some lessons learnt. Praveena worked tirelessly to get me the best price but by then the market had changed. Rick who I had corresponded with a few times made a big difference in turning things around at the last moment by finding me a buyer who is In a very good position to complete and seal the deal. Haart Coventry does not respond to critical and urgent landlord needs

Our family oversees two properties managed by Haart Coventry. For one of them, due to unpaid rent, our solicitor has been trying to issue a section 8 so that possession can be gained. But for nearly 5 weeks now, the lettings team have blocked this by withholding necessary documentation to issue it. There is a complete breakdown in service - our solicitor's emails are being actively ignored. You can imagine the financial implications of Haart's withholding on our personal circumstances; in 4 days, we will have lost a second month of rent directly attributed to the inaction from Haart Coventry lettings to provide documentation to issue the section 8.Even after a Property Management Area Director was looped into our solicitor's repeated requests a week ago - a person who is meant to be a point of escalation to support clients who need a senior manager for help - the full list of documents have not been shared. We're now at a point where we may only be able to compel Haart Coventry to release the rest of the documentation through legal action.Many landlords will at some point find themselves needing to issue a section 8, and so having a responsive lettings team to facilitate your solicitor's work to regain possession is critical. Haart Coventry has and continues to fail at this every day that they do not respond. They have shown no regard for how their inaction explicitly effects their clients financial circumstances. No doubt there will be a reply to this review around how sorry Haart Coventry lettings are and how they want to help, or that they are 'working' with us. But as many reviewers of the Coventry Haart lettings team on this site will feel, and as we know from the local network of landlords and investors; the engagement lasts for less than 24 hours and the apologies are empty without real follow-up and action. If that changes and in the event we saw a positive change in responsiveness, we would of course update our feedback accordingly. But right now, we would strongly advise landlords and investors to stay well clear of this branch.

I've dealt with the Haart Fleet Lettings team over the last few years now. They are helpful, efficient and friendly. Particularly Daniel (manager) and Louise who have bent over backwards recently with professionalism and accuracy to sort out a couple of issues. Rental statements and end of year paperwork are sent out promptly and I've been kept up to date with any legal changes for landlords over the years. Hats off to Haart (Harborne estate agents -selling)

I have recently sold my house through HAART estate agents Harborne. A really fantastic team which works well together.I had asked 3 different estate agents to evaluate my property and HAART was one of them. David Brevitt from Haart appraised my property and suggested a price range at which we could market it. I was initially a bit skeptical at the price however his robust data analysis with extrapolation to the current year really convinced me. He spent valuable quality time explaining the reasons for his advice.His years of experience and marketing properties shone through and I finally decided to choose Haart for marketing my property. Even from the outset, things moved at a steady rapid pace. The next visit to my house was in about 3 days to take photos when I met Krystal Ainsworth their manager along with David. She is a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable person who took measurements, drew up the floor plan while David took photographs and then we signed the contract after my ID detalis were all checked. They also did some lifestyle pictures which added a personal touch to the presentation. Within a week the house was on the market.They had viewings arranged within 3 days and that was when I met the third member of their team Sanya Rana who is also a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable person. She gave me a preview of the potential buyers in a nutshell pre and post viewing. My emails to her always got a very prompt response and action. Amazingly swift communication from the entire team - any question that I would ask would be answered asap. Within days I got the offer I wanted.They gave me the option of using my own solicitor or their in house and obviously I went for their in house solicitors and even that process was steady and evenly paced. My closing date was finally there and the contracts were signed and the house sold !My review may sound too good to be true but this is exactly what I experienced with HAART estate agents.Apart from saying 'The Lord has been good to me'.... I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to David,Krystal and Sanya for all their hardwork, dedication, commitment and help to make this potentially difficult journey of mine a pleasant,hassle free and an easy one. Poor communication, lazy advertising, zero effort.We had three quotes and decided to choose Haart based on what they told us they offered. Ken is a great salesman who cannot deliver.Our house sold but this was no thanks to Haart.They said they could do the viewings but I did every one due to Haart’s lack of availability. Why offer it in the first place?They never answer the phone so who knows how many potential buyers were missed. The couple who bought the house went direct to us due to poor communication from Haart.Had to chase them every step of the way, never received updates. They will respond to emails if you send enough of them.They rushed the advertisement so it went up without an EPC or floor plan. They said they could offer an EPC but it didn’t happen so I arranged my own as was fed up of waiting. The floor plan took a further 3wks and was taken from our houses previous sale some 11yrs earlier which I noticed as one of the doors was in the wrong place. Lazy.We completed 3wks ago and I’ve not had a call or email, not even for a final invoice. Maybe they don’t know we’ve moved?Simply rubbish.

I like to Review Haart Lettings , we have let our property during 3 long term periods over the past decades. This last one since 1999. During these periods we have had several Members of Haart staff deal with our property. All staff have given us excellent personalised concern and prompt professional service. Recently we have had Holly Secretan providing caring support and a sensitive understanding while promptly dealing and solving small to larger issues to carrying out and providing an extensive photographic report of Property Visits. She professionally liaises between us and the tenant and arranges contractors to visit the property for repairs. Holly is a real asset to Haart Lettings as well as to us. We recently sold and bought a house through Haart Bury St Edmunds. They were friendly, easy to get hold of and explained things really well. Some members of the team were more helpful than others. Abi and Elliot were the two who were the most helpful and approachable. I don’t have recommend the in house mortgage broker we used (I believe he’s not in that branch anymore). He was incredibly difficult to get hold of and took ages to reply to even the simplest requests. Overall would happily use Haart again.

If I could give them no stars

If I could give them no stars, I would! I have been absolutely appalled with Haart Chelmsford. There are too many things to list but in short:- Service was diabolical- Never delivered on what they promised when signing up- The guy who signed us up said he would be our agent, would sell our house in two weeks and find us our perfect home - we never heard from him again! Well, actually we heard from him once when I complained the first time and I was promised a certain service yet again, which never happened- Appointments were booked and confirmed but no one showed- Was always being told that open houses were 10-20 showings - we had two open houses with 9 confirmed bookings over both dates and only one potential buyer showed up- We only had three viewings, two of which we had to show the potential buyers around ourselves because obviously they were too busy selling other people's houses- On one open house the agent said he legally had to stay at our property for 15mins after the last appointment in case they were late, no one turned up for the three confirmed appointments and we had him on the Ring doorbell leaving 9 mins before he 'legally' could leave - and then we didn't even get an explanation - After complaining the fourth time I was told that they were having a meeting to discuss selling our property - not once was I called to discuss next steps and nothing changed- Served notice before end of contract as was so fed up with their poor service but had to chase for receipt of email then still didn't get a response for five days, they didn't even fight to keep the property. Then after the 14 days' notice period I had to chase for confirmation the property had been taken off the market and didn't get a response for over 3 weeks!!- Then they send me a letter stating that they are entitled to a fee if we sell the property to any one they have introduced it to - there's a list of nearly 100 people but we only had three viewings so how have they introduced them to the property??!?!? No response in my query back to them on this - not that I'm surprisedWe had to relentlessly keep the house immaculate for showings, constantly have to rearrange our days with the children for showings that never turned up and quite frankly our lives were messed around for the entire time with Haart. I would NEVER recommend this estate agent to anyone wanting to sell their property.
