GoogleHaart were a very helpful part of the process when it came to finding a home to rent in Walthamstow. The process has been very exhausting and competitive, but they made it a lot easier for me by signing me up to the Estate Agents for alerts as soon as possible and letting me know if something came up to my specification. Wassay in particular was really helpful of my situation. When I was rushing from another viewing on the other side of the borough he was very understanding. His knowledge of the property and area ultimately led me to feel confident about putting an offer in. Unfortunately I wasn't able to secure that particular property, but I did find one shortly after.
Hi Jenny, Thank you for your wonderful review, I am happy you was pleased with the service received from Wassay and we hope to help you further in the future. Thank you. haart Lettings Walthamstow

GoogleHeart Walthamstow have provided an excellent service, Haart sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market. We were offered the asking price but were happy to accept an earlier offer slightly below the asking price. What was very surprising and very much worth a mention is that we followed the usual procedure and had 3 estate agents round to give their estimations as to the value of the house. The estimations varied greatly as in the difference between the lowest and highest was just over £100,000! We went with the Estate Agent that gave the highest estimation which was Haart and as mentioned before we were offered the asking price. The after sales staff have been excellent and worked very hard to get the Exchange completed and as of writing we are two weeks away from completion. I would highly recommend Haart if your after honest, hard working professional staff who sell your house quickly!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you very much for your honest feedback. We do everything possible to not only obtain the best price, but to progress each sale as swiftly as possible to exchange in a timely fashion. We appreciate your feedback, and welcome your business in the future. Haart Walthamstow.
