GoogleWe dealt with Haart Walthamstow while purchasing our first home and we could not recommend them any more highly. Vishal and Hazel on the sales team were both very friendly and always quick to get viewings set up and keeping us well informed during the initial offer stage. Wahida, the sales progressor, took over things once we had our offer accepted and she was excellent in keeping things rolling and pushing us towards completion. When arranging surveys she was always happy to ask for the contact number of our surveyors and arrange dates with them with very little input from ourselves. Purchasing your first home is guaranteed to be a bumpy road, but I can happily say that Haart made everything easier and did so with some of the best customer experience we’ve ever received.

GooglePoor service, this agency works with dodgy landlords. Their customer service is very poor. Landlords do now want to fix their house but they want you to pay for their repairs. With the exception of Callum he is very professional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Haart having other great agencies in Walthamstow.

GoogleInitially, we had a good report from the lettings agents but the landlord has been nothing but a headache since we moved in. 5 months in and we only just received bins and yet are to receive access to wifi which is shocking

Googlei recently did my mortgage through Ibrahim who works at Haart in walthamstow. he was really helpful and provided a fantastic service. he kept me updated on my application process and was able to push my application through quickly. had offer in less than 2 weeks which was fantastic. Ibrahim also got me a great deal for my mortgage with free valuation. the overall process was easy, quick and stress free. Ibrahim also covered my life insurance and was able to save money on my existing policy. highly recommended for those who want to save money and get a great deal on their mortgage while getting an exceptional service. will be coming back again for my next mortgage.

Googlethe most terrible agency! I have been renting a house in London for many years, but I will never contact this agency! deceivers and swindlers! do not return the deposit, do not answer SMS, do not give answers to questions! Very rude, only interested in money! no human factors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Nicolina, Thank you for the review, and I am disappointed with the dissatisfaction at how your deposit is being handled. After reviewing the inventory and check-out there was various damage in the property as well as a lot of rubbish left at the property, which was discussed with your partner whilst he was outside with his removal van refusing to collect the unwanted items. The deposit is protected with the TDS, which means if there is no agreement between the landlord and tenant then it will be sent for independent adjudication and this decision will be final, once they have reviewed the evidence provided. This process can take numerous weeks whilst they made a decision following the adjudication.
