I have recently been considering getting a buy to let property. I haven’t rented a property before and was unsure of the process but Callum and Wassay have both been amazing. They answered all my questions regarding the market, documents required and even insurance/protection options. I will definitely be using haart in the future and definitely recommend them.

From organising the viewing to living in the house, we've had an above average experience with Leticia and then Katie. They've been very attentive, responded quickly to our emails and made the whole process less stressful than it usually is. Thank you!

I've just started my search into buying a flat, I was lucky enough to have the support from Dario. He's been understanding and in terms of professionalism he's been top tier, as we know it's tough to look for a place right now but he's guided me throughout, I couldn't have asked for more.

Kim has gone above and beyond helping me moving into my new flat. She made sure the inventory report was accurate, she showed me the gas and water meters and she explained me accurately how the heating works. After explaining me what key was what, she also helped me out with my bags, so kind of her! Very happy with her and the whole haart walthamstow team, including Callum and Umar. Thank you so much guys!

If you are looking to have any property fully managed then I would certainly recommend having discussions with Haart. Katie and the wider team are great. Issues are resolved in a timely manor and they always have both the tenant and landlord's interests in focus and approach topics in a fair and balanced way which I like.

During our first viewings conducted by Hazel and Vishaal- they were very helpful in encouraging negotiations between us and the vendor In general, on the plus side: They are super responsive, very friendly and progressed the purchase of our property very efficiently Only slight con: Floorplan for the property was not great and we had to go down and measure it ourselves. Overall a great company :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The full team were great to deal with. Vishal, Hazel, Wahida and Caleb all committed to keeping the activity high and fully transparent throughout our sale. Our first buyers did drop out but within less than 4 weeks (and over the Christmas period) we had new buyers and exchanged just 6 weeks after that. We had put a tight deadline on them but they met it professionally and I would highly recommend the Walthamstow branch as a whole.
