This 5 star review goes to Ash Griggs alone, not Haart, for stepping in quite a few times to help when I had some issues with the property I'm renting, mind you I live in Romford and there is an agency just a stone throw away from me. I would have been left to deal with those issues completely on my own and losing money because he seems to be the only person who actually works there. Other than him you'll be better off talking to a brick because no one will ever reply to your emails or pick up your calls

In paticular Mr Sohail Iqbal has demonstrated amazing interpersonal skills,customer focus and a great rapport. I've used Heart for a number of years and cannot speak highly enough of Callum from the Walthamstow branch, and Katie Hunter from the property management team. Callum makes the process of listing and finding tenants effortless, and is there every step of the way throughout the initial steps (and later if needed). The process is then seamlessly passed over to Katie in the property management team, who is always at the other end of a phone call or email if needed. She is able to resolve (nearly) all problems, and has always been a pleasure to deal to with.

One of the best experiences with a letting agency because of the amazing Agent Leticia Romero Garcia that is in charge of the Walthamstow and Tottenham area. She is really human and understanding of your needs. She will go over and beyond to help find the best place for you with total honesty.
