Edit: I was placed into unsatfactory accommodation where the landlord let herself into my room while i was asleep, I managed to wake up and catch it on video, of which i showed the estate agent at haart. The landlord has additionally been participating in direct discrimination against me to a protected characteristic of mine, again, i showed evidence to haart and they said there is nothing they can do even though they were the ones who housed me here. Additionally i cannot cook healthy meals for myself as the landlord restricts access to the kitchen, i cannot have a hot shower when I want, only when the landlord goes out i can sneak one in. She tells me almost everyday i must leave due to my protected characteristic but won't serve me an eviction notice. The landlord has likewise pushed me and grabbed me, shouted in my face so loudly that I can feel her spit, yet again, haart has no responsibility to stop said behaviour. This isn't isolated to me, another tenant also made similar complaints to haart and they said the same to him that there is nothing they can do. Both of us have been experiencing negative mental effects due to this situation and I can't believe that haart didn't even consider taking this landlord off of their register, instead as always the rich are protected and us poor renters have to bear the brunt of it as the landlord is who brings them the money. Extremely dissatisfied, would recommend enquiring extensively before accepting a property from this agency. .

I let my property with Haart and ultimately felt like they did not care as soon as they had the contracts signed. The inventory I paid for missed quite a lot, and then the claims against the deposit for damages and cleaning issues weren't dealt with properly. They stopped replying to me once they were no longer receiving money from rent, despite saying they'd follow up to resolve. They did the bare minimum during the tenancy, despite paying for property management at 11% of the rent, but communication was pretty awfu. Then despite the keys being returned by the tenants to the Walthamstow branch (5 mins from the property) they made us collect them from the Leytonstone branch the following day which was such an unnecessary waste of our time.
