I bought my first property through Hart and initially attended a viewing with the assistant manager, Hazel. She was very informative about the property and the local amenities and gave me a positive insight into my prospective purchase. She introduced me to Ibrahim who was the mortgage advisor there, and with the options he showed me I felt comfortable to keep everything in house. I later dealt with Vishal, the branch manager, and he was able to negotiate my offer successfully with the seller and assisted us through the full process. After all the horror stories I've heard about people buying or selling, this was a delightful experience and am now happily moved into my new home. My wife and I had been looking for a place to by in Walthamstow for about 6 months. During this time I'd viewed many houses, and in doing so I'd spoken to many and various estate agents. The first time I spoke to Vishal was when making an initial enquiry about the property that we went on to purchase. During this first conversation with Vishal I was pleased by the fact that, not only had we found a house that we liked, but also that it was being marketed by someone who made me feel comfortable, and like I wasn't getting the usual estate agent patter. Hazel was particularly helpful assisting with our various viewings, answer numerous questions and always being a friendly voice on the end of the phone. When things got a little stressful towards then end, Vishal remained calm and polite, and we were delighted when we exchanged. Wahida was polite thought out the process and kept things going when Vishal was not available. Thanks Heart Walthamstow!

I have just recently exchanged contracts on my purchase of BTL with great help from Mr Ibrahim Ogurlu Mortgage and Protection Adviser working with Haart Estate Agents. I have to say I have been truly impressed from the very beginning by the top standard of Ibrahim's customer service skills and very high level of professionalism he demonstrated through out the whole process of obtaining the mortgage and well beyond. Brilliant communication from his side left me assured that he has everything under control at all times. His knowledge in the field and advice he offered was priceless. The way he tackled problems sorting them out right away proved Ibrahim takes very particular care in putting all efforts to get the result and satisfy the client. Ibrahim took that extra mile to get involved in speeding up the whole purchase getting in touch and liaising with solicitor's team to make sure everything goes smoothly, which was truly impressive.
