I have had them managing my property for years without any issues. Katie Hunter is the Haart Representative for the property. She is an absolute gem - always professional, up to date, and proactive. She is a credit to the company. I would readily recommend both Haart in general and Katie in particular to anyone looking for property management.

I have to give a big shout out to Haarts in Walthamstow specially Vishal and the staff working there, Ali, Suhail and waheeda who all worked hard in keeping me informed throughout the sale of my property, provided me updates on a weekly bases via text and email and call, They booked me appointments for viewings along with getting me in touch with other estate agents in areas I was looking for a property in. Overall from the very beginning of putting my property up for sale all the way to the sale of my property I have been impressed with the service and how well I have been looked after and would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to get in touch!

Recently sold our property through Haart and I have to say what wasn’t a straightforward sale, was made that much easier with the calming nature and experience of Vishal to see the sale through.. Vishal was diligent, trustworthy and kept commutation open and clear. This meant that we always were well informed and always one step ahead of the our next decision. The commitment and dedication shown from inception to fruition was incredible and is a credit to Vishal's work ethic, he’s a formidable ambassador for Haart. We are proud extremely thankful to Vishal and indeed Haart for making this possible.

I have used Haart Walthamstow to purchase my house in Walthamstow . The whole process from start to end was made very smooth by the team from the Walthamstow branch and I would especially mention Mr Vishal Kakar the branch manager . He was always available and answered all my queries . I would definitely recommend them as they are very approachable and very professional. There was some parts of the process that were delayed but Vishal and his team got things cleared and sorted and we was able to move forward . Very happy with Vishal and his team as they go over and beyond to assist .

From past agents and In the process of finding a new letting agent I could honestly say Haart was the most helpful and efficient agency we have used. The service we received from Wassay Khan was fantastic and I couldn’t fault him at all. Being in a stressful position from our last agents who absolutely took no care of our property and barely kept us in the loop, Wassay was helpful in every step of the way in fulfilling our needs by finding us great tenants, ensuring to get us the maximum rent possible, and most importantly his availability for us whenever an issue arose. I’d highly recommend them!

Following an issue we had in our flat, Ash has been prompt in responding to our request, contacted the engineer right away and did his best to set the appointment as soon as possible. Not only; my shower head has to be changed. Ash remembered what day is best for me during the week to be home waiting for the engineer, and set up an appointment, anticipating my needs, going extra mile. That's the type of customer service you want to receive! Thank you so much Ash :)

Haart Estate Agents in Walthamstow provided my wife and I with an extremely high level of service in the recent purchase of our home. We are very happy with the overall level of service provided, and would like to especially pay thanks to Vishaal, Wahida and -- of course -- Ali for helping use through every step of the process. Estate agencies typically get a bad rap in the public eye, but I can safely say that Haart's in Walthamstow is the best place you can go to purchase a home in the area. The whole team there is truly fantastic. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be using them again!

I have been on the hunt for a new property for rental over the past 6 months. Throughout the process I dealt with several estate agencies - Haart stood out as the most professional, attentive and responsive of them all. Particularly Dario Nwokeji who understood my criteria and found me the ideal property. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I have recently completed on a house and cannot compliment the Haart team enough. From start to finish, they were informative, responsive and so helpful. As can be expected, selling or buying property can be highly stressful but the team were always on hand to answer my constant questions. A special thank you to Vishal and Hazel who were both just amazing, always made me feel at ease and were always so professional but relatable. An extra special thank you to Wahida who was the force towards the end of the process and was relentless in her efforts to get the process complete.
