They let me a non-registered property. It had no planning permission, no safety regulations or certificates - just over all a dangerous and unsafe property. I wonder what my agency fees actually paid for if none of this was checked before I discovered it through the council. The landlord always turned up unannounced and haart didn't seem to have much interest in how he was breaking his contract by doing this. Someone in their office had done some on paperwork wrong so I got letters saying I owed rent when I didn't and this took a while to amend. When I demanded to leave my contract and get out of the death trap early, I was ignored on email until I rang twice and eventually (after threatening legal action) had someone get back to me. This wasn't someone from Tooting but their head office - it was nice that he did side with me when I wanted to leave and helped me get out but this shouldn't have never happened in the first place. After all of this, they made no effort to try and help me find somewhere new to live and ended up having to sleep on a friend's sofa for 2 week whilst I found somewhere new. They said I could stay in the property if I paid for longer but I refuse to stay somewhere with no fire/gas/electrical/structural safety standards. Overall, a bit of shambles. I lost a lot of money through them which I still don't understand what I paid for if it wasn't a legal flat. Glad to see the back of them.

I previously had my flat for sale with two previous agents who did have viewings but no offers. I then saw a Haarts Sold Board on my street and I thereafter instructed the Manager Danielle Reid from the Tooting Branch who was proactive from the beginning. I was happy with the price achieved given the Market. We completed our sale in October 2018 and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Danielle & her team to anyone who will need a future Estate Agent. Well Done Danielle & Thank you. I recently used the services of Haart to sell my property after speaking to family and friends who have sold their properties in the recent past. The service I received was second to none, and prompted me to write this review. The staff at Haart are very professional and managed my expectations. They made me feel as if I was their only client, and actually listened to me! Especially the Manager - Danielle, and her Assistant Manager - William, they went the extra mile. I will definitely be recommending this branch to everyone!

While I walking up to Tooting Bec, I notice the Hart shop and went in for a chat. I was welcomed by Shaz who sat us down and discussed what type of location we were in the market for. Shaz matched our requirements against budget and brought us to view 3 houses which fitted that description. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this branch, as this has the worst customer support I ever encountered in my life. Recently, I have been trying to contact them to ask few simple questions about my tenancy agreements. First, I sent an email, which remained unanswered, then, I called directly to the branch were I was told that everyone is busy and I will be called back. Having patiently waited, I called on the next day again and same scenario happened. I called kn the third day and I was given same answer: we will call you back asap. When i asked fore a more detailed timeline the person on the phone just kept on saying: cannot give you more details, it will happen asap. I believe this is pretty rubbish attitude and the administration fee they charge for the contract are pretty excruciating, so what am I paying for. On the positive side, someone from the HO at least attended to the call and said that he would deal with the enquiry. So watch out for this agency and avoid at all cost.

Do not use Haart. We took out a tenancy agreement through them. They made multiple errors - emailing my housemate at the wrong email (even after being corrected), giving us TWO wrong addresses for the property and putting the wrong date and address on the contract. The have been hard to contact and took a long time to get back to me. Even within the company they can't seem to get in contact with each other. They booked a check in time for us without asking if we could make it and then didn't get back to us for about 2 weeks until it was only a few days until moving in. They told us everything was sorted (even when I specifically asked about references) and then a day and half before moving in told us they didn't have our references and we couldn't move in unless it was resolved. This agency are disorganised and unprofessional and yet charge more than any of the other agencies we did viewings with.

Left me a threatening message on sparerooms. As a private landlord, I know the law and regulations around lettings for a private landlord. One of the points sent by HAART in a private message was that I may be liable for punishment and fines. Why are you messaging me and other private landlords, scaremongering in order to gain yourself business. Terrible and unlawful practise which can be and will be reported to the Financial Ombudsman service. How about you stop sending threatening messages and also get lost as my ad says no Agents. [UPDATE] Can you please come and pick up the SOLD sign? It has been left in our property for 5/6 months now. Please take it!!! Happy with how Haart managed things with our purchase, they helped us even after completion when our front door wouldn't lock, great customer service. The solicitor service they offer could be better though (at least our conveyancer wasn't great) so if you have a good reference, go for that.
