GoogleTerrible experience during the end of our letting. It took 7 months and extensive phone calls and emails to get our deposit back because they had’nt completed the paper work. Eventually we had to go through the head office to get anywhere.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional - wanted to charge over £300 for an 'admin fee' on our tenancy agreement, and after providing us with less than 24 hours to arrange a viewing of our house, they failed to turned up.

GoogleOur purchase through Haart was handled very professionally by Graeme and Shaz. They were always on hand, facilitating access to the property whenever i required. It was my second sale and purchase through them and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
