GoogleProbably the worst estate agent in UK. Pathetic service, rude and incompetent members of staff, The branch manager, doesn't have any clue of what he's doing, he is rude, arrogant and totally incompetent. Lacking basic manners and communication skills. His assistant made some delightful racist comments, trying to blame previous tenants to cover for their incompetence. Avoid this branch at all costs. Just a waste of time and money.

GoogleMohamed, Chloe Bird. Natalie Steed the worse representatives of Haart in Upper Tooting. A bunch of unreliabe and untrustworthy individuals that are not up to their tasks. Moreover this branch dealing with shady landlords. Avoid!

GoogleVery happy with the management service from Haart for our rental property - Billie-Lee in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition across from a different agent who we weren’t happy with.

GoogleFriendly and accomodating agent bringing us to view the flat and other potential flats. Wonderful service in helping us through the entire process from offer to renting. However, with regards to efficiency - it could be that better during the waiting period, phone calls are initiated by Haart to update client with latest progress / next steps and not leaving things to the last minute.
