Billie was excellent during my search for a rental property. I had made an offer on a flat which was accepted accepted and just before I was due to sign, the previous tenants decided to stay at the property which gave me very little time to find a new home. Billie had it sorted for me on the same day, finding me another (even better) property which was more than ideal! It had everything I wanted and more. Thank you Billie!!!

I was nervous to search for my first property, worried about the process and finding the correct place after having saved for so long. But the team at Haart Letting agency, especially Micah, made the entire process much easier. Micah was clear and confident in his role, and listened carefully to my requirements, only offering property viewings that fit my criteria. I started looking in tooting for a rental with my friends. It had cheap council tax. But we ideally wanted Clapham. We came across many agents. Some good and some REAL bad! Billie was surprising to say the most approachable and friendly agent I came across. Not pushy and really listened to what we wanted. She text when she knew we were not available to talk. Patiently awaiting our responses and even did later appointments to accommodate our needs. She was always smiling and seemed generally interested in all of us as people. We found a brilliant house at a superb price and now move in shortly. Thanks again for exceeding our expectations and your kind nature.

Your successor employed by your company have vandalized established customer and lost trust and confidence. They told me that they have years of experience and look after my properties as well as other landlords. Truthfully, it was lie from their teeth. I draw your companies attention but they did not even bother to respond to my email. I have left Haart Estate Agent. Not only that but their head office has no knowledge whatsoever. Very sad, disappointed and unsatisfactorily. Suddenly, I was passing by and met Billie, a beautiful letting associates. She also introduced me Micah and letting manager Mohammad. While, I was discussing regarding above-mentioned staff, Billie and Mohammad gave me assurance that they have taken over the management and any issues will be sort it out immediately, First, over charged illegal commission in respect of my one of the property. It is Billie and Mohammad who has taken keen interest to put accounting records straight and right. I found Billie, Mohammad and Micah - sincere, serious and well organised letting personal. They have refunded over £900 to my bank account and said sorry which were not their fault. I wish Haart estate agent should appreciate that these THREE letting staff at their Tooting London SW17 office is really a valuable assets who put bad management in right direction. I have given another two properties to Let and they have done wonderful job. Mohammad, Billie and Micah; thank you for your help, I truly appreciate; when property market is let down by the recent government and made landlord's life living hell and prisoner of mortgage. Viewing was done punctually, property details and marketing was excellent. Negotiating with the potential client was professional and to the point. Communication was superb. These thee letting staff has let my property in no time and that is why, YES, I will give more business because they give me very personal caring services compare to other estate agent in Tooting. This email has been set out without influence of above letting staff and their knowledge. Finally, I hope, their services would provided to me for the indefinite period. Billie, Mohammad and Micah. Mohammed Islam is a very efficient person & helpful too . At the beginning we used to received letter from head office saying that your rent is overdue & if you like to take legal actions go ahead. At that time we used to contact Mr.Islam he used to delt with matters immediately, saying that everything is under control and the tenant paid rent don't worry. It happens quite few times. Danielle Reid did a fantastic job selling my 2 bedroom flat in Wandsworth. It had been on the market for a few months with other estate agents without gaining much traction before I approached Danielle. She was already selling our main home for us in Tooting and despite Wandsworth being out of her usual catchment area she agreed to try and sell this flat for us too. Within 2 days she had more viewings lined up than the other agents had managed in months and within 2 weeks I had a couple of offers, one of which I accepted. The difference between Danielle and other estate agents I have dealt with during the process is that she actually takes the time to assess your situation and the property and to think about how best to market it before pouring heart and soul into getting the right potential buyers through the door - not just any old person to make it look like the agency is drumming up business (as I have found to be common). She understands the market and more importantly she understands people - she is extremely personable and tells you what you need to know with honesty and integrity. You will never get any salesy nonsense with Danielle. Once buyers were found she helped get the sale over the line despite the buyers being unfamiliar with the British property market and therefore making strange and vexatious requests. She dealt with all of this effortlessly which took some of the stress out of it for me. I would highly Recommend Danielle. If other estate agents were more like her then the reputation of the industry would be transformed! Danielle Reid sold two properties for us simultaneously and we will leave a review in relation to our experience for each property separately as they were both very positive experiences but diffferent types of properties in different areas.

I have recently purchased a property via Haart Tooting and had a very positive experience. The vendor’s solicitor was incredibly difficult (our solititor said it was the worst she’d come across in her whole career!), and Danielle was instrumental in getting the sale through in a good time. Without Danielle, I don’t think it would have gone through for another six weeks or so! Whenever I called Haart, the whole team were incredibly helpful and friendly and when we come to sell this property, I will certainly be using them for the sale.

Haart managed the sale of our property in Tooting Broadway in December 2016. I was initially unhappy with the way viewings of our property were managed , but when I raised this to Graeme Lawrence he took action immediately and began to case manage our sale himself; if Graham was out of the office, he made sure to brief Riz who became our second point of contact. Both Graeme and Riz were outstanding and reassured us every step of the way. On the day of exchange and completion, Riz did a lot of chasing for us to ensure the sale progressed quickly and he kept us up to date - I think this was above and beyond his day job which I really appreciated.
