GoogleShaz was excellent from the start, in fact we wouldn't have even looked at the house we bought if he hadn't suggested it. The whole process was stress free and he kept us informed the whole way through. I couldn't recommend using Haart (Shazad Khan), he will in fact be coming around for a BBQ as a thank you once we have finished renovation.

GoogleBillie-lee helped us secure a fantastic property in colliers wood. Being the 2nd time we used haart we had every faith in them when they listed a new property. They would again help us and they did. Being Self employed can be difficult we found in London but they were great to step us through the process yet again. Thanks again and we are happy where we are but if anything changes would deffo use haart again.

GoogleFelt that initial valuation was over optimistic and unrealistic and possibly contributed to a longer than average sale time, which was achieved after a price drop of circa 100k from valuation. Still, Danielle Reid was efficient and provided a good service and we can at least be sure that we got the best price for the property we were selling.

GoogleI sold my Tooting flat with Haart estate agents in Tooting. I dealt with Riz at first who was very supportive throughout. My sale was then handled by Shaz and finally Danielle Reid. All agents were very professional, good at communicating and answered any queries promptly. Their rate I negotiated was competitive as well. I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleShaz and Riz were both really helpful with sale of our property - always answered phone calls and emails. Unfortunately the letting department did not provide the same standard - offering to let the property until we could sell but not even advertising it and then not answering any calls or emails despite lots of attempts to chase them.
