Absolute junk construction. After living in apt for 1 year it was nearly falling apart. Carpet worn to the cheap plastic binding, mold and mildew anywhere water was used (laundry room, bathroom, kitchen) appliances are as cheap as they come and stopped working on a regular basis. Management plays dumb and or deceives

I have been the tenant of the well house since last June and all in all the overall service experiences and facilities maintenance has been satisfactory.However, since this Jan, the well house had implemented an unreasonable and absurd parking regulation in which the hired parking management company will issue penalty to resident simply because they did not properly display the parking pendant right in front of the windscreen that always hinder the sight of the driver and cause extra workload and trouble to the resident. Despite numerous complaints from the resident on the usage of pendant which cause so much disturbance and inconvenience to the driver, the management company neglect all the feedbacks from the resident and make no improvement at all. Very disappointed management which shift the previous serious parking problem to the resident but not actually listen to views and comments and allow the parking company to issue PCN recklessly. I sincerely hope that the management could look into this matter seriously and make necessary improvements as far as practicable.

Myself and my partner placed a holding deposit of £200 on an apartment in the new Oxbow apartments in Salford. Due to the company deciding to go against third party advice surrounding guarantors, we were then unable to go forward with the application. I submitted a refund request for the £200 holding deposit on 29/09/2021. We were told this would be returned to us within the 28 days processing time the company has. 4 weeks had passed and we were then told a staff member had made a fault in submitting our request and this would be returned within 1-2 weeks. We have still not yet received this refund nor have we received any correspondence or updates regarding when this will be returned to us. We have been treated appallingly and would hate for this to continue happening to others.

GoogleWe are visiting my brother for the Christmas holidays, and he had the movie room booked for an evening screening. Management had double booked the room, leaving it to the residences to sort out who is going to use the room. Never seen anything like that on a similar building. Honestly really funny and extremely disappointing considering what they are charging for rent

Absolutely the worst apartment ever. We rented in goodnight ranch in Austin. It was so bad we broke our lease. Management does absolutely nothing. It was a very unsafe building. We complained but nothing ever was done about it. I could go on and on. Stay away

i am a kind elderly high risk disabled veteran, living in the 2000 unit woodlandparkca, east palo commuinty owned by united arab emirates, owners rep sand hill properties company, palo alto and greystar who "bought" into management rather than being hired by acquiring alliance residential last year at that time alliance was the property manager for woodland park now the entity is sometimes referred to as greystar/alliance global partners, the largest of its kind, wwlast week, greystar failed to rectify a totally dark elevator at 1779 woodland ave epa, ca, one of their buildingson 1/15/21, hicks, in unit 31, who is housebound was informed by the 7 day per week state employee that cares for him that he was sexually assaulted at about 4pm, 1/22/21 in the dark elevator by complete surprise while it was moving by the regular fed union mailman, for at least 5 minutescare giver made a full in person statement to police today 1/23/21hicks made a full state to greystar epa, ca managementtrans advocates and lawyers were informedgreystar, founded in 1993, by harvard mba bob faith is wildly successful they say as a business model, however they are rated F as a non member BBB nationwide a 1* ww most, millions in fact are scared, cheated by and/or HATE greystar this event would not surprise them heads up to EQUALITY CALIFORNIA AND WASHINGTON BLADEthanks for the chance to speak in a difficult time, take care

I live at The Village at Lionstone and our stove exploded. They brought us a filthy stove from another apartment. Don't know if this stove came from an infested apartment. I have pictures but don't know how to post them.

Do not lease from the Orchards at Highland in Arlington. They have no parking, so they charge excessive prices for a garage, or a car port. I have heard they have threatened to call the police on residents who complain about the poor service. avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

Greystar billed us upon our move out without providing any proof of the charges. We requested proof multiple times, and no one ever got back to us. Then they sent our bill to collections. I have been trying to get ahold of someone so I can pay this bill directly with Greystar and no one answers the phone.

The Greystar CEO- Bob Faith looks the other way when his employees commit fraud and felonies against his tenants. Bob Faith also has Section 8 Housing in his "upscale" residences putting tenants in harms way. He does not care about anyone. Morals and ethics lacking.

Greystar is an awful company. No transparecy about fees until you move in. A lot of junk fees. Expect to pay $200 +On top of your base. I would advise not to rent from them unless you don’t care about your pre-determined budget

Lie. Tell you one thing & deliver another. Watch out for hidden fees. With most companies, if you set-up an auto renew, they discount your payment or at the very least, don't charge you for it. In my case, they would like to charge a $45+ convenience fee for setting up auto payments
