Jones Berkeley/Greystar refuses to credit back the USD$500 deposit to the original credit card payment method and other feasible ways/practices when the client withdrawal the application on time. They set unreasonable constraints/ obstructions preventing the client from getting back the money/deposit.

Received a bill for charges after move out that made absolutely no sense (for example ceiling needed full repaint) and called their accounts receivables. The employee was extremely rude and refused to give us date of inspection or any other details about the charges. He then said he could no longer speak to us and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous.

GoogleNeeds better signage and instructions, I've seen and spoke to lots of delivery drivers that can't find the right block entrance. The two other development next to it have maps / signs

I ended my lease pm May 31 3023. I was told by management they, the management would inform directTV to end my account. Direct tv is included in rental payment. I just got a notice from directTV dated July 2. Be very careful before to sign a lease with these folks.

4 months no signs of giving back my security deposit. Nobody in the management cares or responds back / call the customer service line, it does not even connect . Donβt they know that it is easier to give back the money than fight lawsuits?! What would it take for someone to actually help in this company?

Ever since they took over our building everything is worse. The new concierge staff is rude, sloppy and unprofessional. Valet service is a joke. Management has no clue of what is going on and blame Greystar for all the changes. I call Greystar and they are constantly unavailable. Would not recommend their properties.

GoogleGreat place to stay. Love the neighbourhood and the service of the concierge. Special mention about the security - Ali. He is extremely helpful and has puts in real hard work through long hours to keep the experience of staying at equipment works extremely positive.

Donβt rent from them. My lease was for $1200. Tell me why my bill was $1500 the first month? Oh yeah cause they are charging me for the electricity in the building itself. Not only that but the package delivery room and other things that were part of the amenities.

You have double charged me every month for trash and sewer and it blaten.. especially in this time after a hurricane where we barely had a trickle of water you've got some nerve and I personally have turned you in to the housing authorities.
