GoogleArgo Apartments is a great place to live. Location wise, plenty of grocery stores, green spaces, and very well connected to public transport. Amenities are great too: gym, parking, co-working spaces, lounge area, roof garden etc. My personal favourite is the bookable guest suite which is an affordable and comfortable alternative for residents’ guests to stay in, especially for guests travelling from afar and wish to be near the resident they are visiting. The building staff (especially Vaidas & Jack!) are lovely: always ready to help, planning social events so that residents can meet each other, organising all of our post… doing the most to make sure we’re all comfortable and taken care of :)

We have had a very positive experience with Grainger in Salford, Greater Manchester. We were given a lot of support while looking for a new flat with from Molli Smyth; she was very responsive, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the flat.

She responds promptly to any concerns, takes initiative in addressing issues before they escalate, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. Her patience, especially in challenging situations, is truly commendable. She approaches every matter with a calm and solutions-oriented mindset, making even the most complex issues feel manageable. It’s rare to find someone with such a perfect balance of efficiency, empathy, and dedication. A huge thank you as well to El for his kind advice and support in difficult situations. His calm and reassuring approach makes a world of difference, and his help has been truly appreciated. Erelinda and El set the gold standard for what an onsite team should be, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have them overseeing our community. Thank you both for everything you do!

GoogleI moved in to Argo apartment this month and Shahan is very nice and professional show us around the building , the room and answering all our questions. We had a pretty smooth check in. While we do find some issues of the room hopefully everything will be resolved quickly!

GoogleThe building is very well located, opposite the tube station, close to supermarkets, post office and coffee shops. The apartment layout is very modern, spacious and practical. Rachel and Erelinda (from the reception team) as well the other staff members have been really friendly and helpful! It has been a pleasure living here!

Contacted 4 different executives in as many days - don't even get an acknowledgement and can't get help with what should be a straightforward issue. Unfortunately, they are my Freeholder so I will have no choice but to keep on trying. I will be their CEO next - see if she can manage a reply.

A complete waste of time. Shown properties, ghosted right after, then told they’re gone every time. Slow replies, carelessness, constant disappointment. If you want to be strung along for days, frustrated, and time wasted, use this agency. Absolute joke.
