Please avoid renting from Gordon and Co at all costs They will try to take as much of your deposit as possible when leaving the property I honestly consider the company to be criminals I have rented several properties in London over the years and the experience I have had with Gordon and Co has been considerably the worst from start to finish. I have never before felt the need to publicly show my discontent or feedback on a company, but Gordon and Co have behaved so awfully that I felt I should warn people

Absolutely appalling service. Charge extortionate fees both upon the commencement of letting a tenancy and surprise fees at the termination of the tenancy. Took a ridiculous amount of time to get our deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Difficult to contact and slow to take action upon complaints. If you're looking to let - beware! Would not recommend.

I would advise you to stay away from them, many problems with the property and do not care for tenants,and in the end they do not return the deposit. The worst experience we have ever had from a real estate agent.
