The service Seth has offered to me has been prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Seth is easily approachable with very effective communication. " when I saw the house I was looking to rent ,it was not in a good condition but with the support of Seth , he managed to get the whole house redecorate and when I get in to the house I found it much better then before. I would recommend Gordon and Co. to anyone looking to rent home.. The team are professional and have good local knowledge and understanding of the property market.. Everything that I needed was dealt with quickly and all questions and queries were given the time and attention needed.

A professional and kind estate agent.

I was under pressure to find the proprerty quickly, for me and my son to move in. It was the firs time for me that I had to find and rent a property just by myself. I was also refused by most of estate agents because of my tough circumstances, but I've been given a credit of trust by Seth. He explained to me everything since beginning and he found a great, suitable property for us quickly. He led the process of renting reliably and efficiently. This letting agent should be avoided at all costs. They allowed a family of 4 to stay in a 1 bedroom flat with no sound proofing between flats. They lied about there having been no complaints previously, forgetting that they'd already told us that the family had received complaints and were on their last warning. They asked for audio recordings of the issue which were sent to them and they then claimed that they weren't able to download them from the email. They received numerous complaints from us and did nothing about it, instead threatening to evict us if the situation couldn't be resolved amicably between tenants. The issue was that the property wasn't fit to live in with no insulation at all between floors or walls, the flat above was statutorily overcrowded and that they did not want to pay to resolve the issue - which they also acknowledged through email. A contractor visited on two occasions and both times advised us to leave the property. Only when they received threat of a complaint did they take 'action' which did nothing, only the bare minimum which they knew would make no difference and were told this by a contractor, but would protect them from any formal complaint. The whole property also has considerable damp and mould issues which has been raised with us by the neighbours below, the back garden has a permanently broken metal step which we had to fix ourselves to prevent someone injuring themselves on. People will be complaining about this property for the forseeable future unless they choose to listen and do something about it, which they won't, because they don't listen and don't care and they don't seem to have half a brain between all of them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Honestly I can't commend Nile and the Norbury Gordon & Co team more if I tried. We were working on a tight deadline to meet the stamp duty holiday and without Nile's tenacity I think we would have missed it. He chased everything up, held everyone accountable to their responsibilities and timeliness and he always kept us updated. We met the deadline and have now moved into our lovely first home. Absolute bunch of rogues. BEWARE AND DO NOT APPROACH THIS AGENCY. Shame there isn't an option for me to give a minus rating cos that's what they deserve for sure. The staff are absolutely rude and don't care you as a tenant. The number of times I had reported issues and yet nothing was done about it was just more than ridiculous. Oh and not to mention my tenancy deposit which they practically took half of; overcharging for cleaning, the check out report (can you imagine) and for some works which they carried out just after I moved in which I was not liable for- well guess what? They crafty made me pay for that too. If you know what's good for you, I would urge you to avoid this agency. They are scammers!!!!!
