GooglePoor communication, it takes ages to get a reply from them. General manager is irresponsible, and staffs are so unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency.

GoogleStill charge £390 for a name change fee even though the Government have highlighted it's unfair and propose to ban it, as if they're not making enough money already.
Hello Fergal, We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the charges. These charges are outlined in section 3.12 of the tenancy agreement signed and agreed by all tenants. The charge is to cover the cost of: Revised Tenancy Agreement, Inventory Addendum, Deed of Surrender and a tenant reference. How the cost is split between the new, remaining and vacating tenants is up to you to decide between yourselves. GoogleI wasn't too sure about moving South of the river however by chance I found a flat with Go and Co in Elephant and Castle. I found them to be really helpful and knowledgeable which helped change my opinion about the area. Really looking to move into my new flat.

When we politiely informed him that we were taking another property from another agency, he sent us unprofessional and passive-aggressive messages pressuring us for details regarding our new apartment.

GoogleGo and Co is being helpful until you sign your contract and then stop being super friendly, understanding and helpful. They impose their rules on you, do not reply timely but at the same time want to control everything. I can’t recommend this agency to anyone. Awful.

GoogleAVOID! They are the worst. I’ve worked with them twice and they are the most incompetent agents I’ve seen. Dealing with them means having constant problems. NO LOYALTY TO TENANTS, only for landlords.
