From the moment we contacted her about the property we liked, she got back to us quickly, she quickly returned calls, she emailed quickly in response to any enquiry we had. She had as moved in to the property we viewed before 2 weeks were even up. I couldn't recommend working with her more highly!

GoogleWorst agent ever Kelly! We moved out from our old house and over 2weeks we are still waiting for our deposit to be reliesed, we keep contacting her and she keep saying she will get back to us even though after we moved out the landlord straightaway give his blessing to relieve the deposit for us! We found the new house with this agency and I have to say we had Good experience with Barbara the estate agent
Dear Adrienn we’ve noticed you have changed your review from a 5 to a 2 star. Unfortunately because the property was not managed by Goodfellows we are in the hands of the landlords to authorise in writing the release of deposit monies and cannot do this until we have received this from them. As we merely are the agents holding and protected your deposit. Good news is Kelly spoke to you yesterday advising that your deposit was being released and it was sent back to you yesterday.

GoogleGoodfellows have the right intentions and provide a good service, Jack who I dealt with throughout the whole purchasing process was informative and a big help. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the Goodfellows appointed solicitors who the sellers had, were slow, incompetent and I believe the downfall of the sale overall as it had taken 5 months almost before even talks of exchanging. I recommend if you're buying/selling a property, source a well reviewed solicitor and appoint them and not the one the estate agent will try to provide.

GoogleQuick and efficient. Viewing was set up on the same day I ringed them and was able to close the tenancy agreement in the shortest time possible. They are also accommodating in understanding our situation as a family who just moved-in to London. Agent was also responsive to calls and emails.
