GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London, but were looking at properties before moving. Emmanuel from Goodfellows was so helpful and professional, answering our questions before we moved so that when we arrived there was already a place waiting for us! And it is such a beautiful place too! So much greener, and quieter than being in Central London, and much more affordable! Since we moved we have had even more questions and issues, we've felt like we've been overloading Emmanuel with them! But he has done such a great job of answering them and getting onto any issues we've had within a day of us contacting him.

GoogleReferring to the wrongly placed for sale sign post earlier ,it was my company that incorrectly erected the sign by mistake (human error). Goodfellows informed us of our mistake to which we contacted our man responsible telling him to return and remove the sign asap. Within twenty minutes Goodfellows advised us that the board had been dum0ped at their office . Unfortunately on the odd occasion a mistake can happen and I apologise to everyone involved.

They are a very polite team, and any queries i have had, they have could not have been quicker and more eager to help with. Aaron has taken care of us very well and im sure we will be very happy in our new home!

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM
