GoogleI had to cancel the booking after only a few hours, due to an unexpected tragic event. The price was non-refundable but I hoped in their indulgence, asking for a reduction of the cancellation fees, without success. So, 375 euros lost and they will rent the apartment to others, doubling the profit.

dear Federico - unfortunately we have a strict no cancellation policy. once the property is booked, it is block on our internal and external systems, which means it cannot be double rented (for double profit as you mention) we are a professionalized property company not a hotel thus we do not have the same booking style as a hotel. obviously on compassionate reasons for a loss or serious illness of a close family member we allow people to cancel but apart from that our cancellation policy is clear on booking. we always welcome you to return and would offer you an upgrade on your next visit to help make your stay in London more enjoyable.

Googleone of the best estate agents and all the staff are extremely helpful. amazing people to deal with. very friendly honest staff. very good running business and amazing properties let out. Mr Radi siha the founder and his son Paul really do the best to give client the best care and to make the places they let out look amazing and comfortable for those letting their properties from them.
