You have never dealt with us - you are a friend of Walter Gomina who was illegally subletting one of our properties and got caught hence loosing his deposit! You are just writing fake reviews - pretty pathetic to be honest! Guess the Apple never falls far from the tree!

Stefan, we are glad you know how well we treat our clients - with regards with you're comment "not so good to work for" - you were on a trial period on a self employed basis - you had no prior experience in the property business and we invested a lot of time in training you, you were not meeting targets, due to a mix of a quiet market/ covid19 and inexperience. you were handed a deal on a plate which was high level through our chairman (he organised it all from tenant side) and managing Director and lettings manager negotiated all with the landlord and put the deal together - you literally did the viewings and were paid over £2000.00 for. during Covid, as you were self employed we could not Furlough you, so you were paid you're full agreed remuneration throughout covid, and only coming in for important issues in the office as a key worker when needed. you are upset that on you're 6 month review you asked to be fully employed on the payrole - this was never agreed from day 1 at you're interview and had never been discussed previously, you also asked, during covid19 for a salary increase; obviously we could do neither due to unforeseen circumstances, but promised to revisit both in October 2020 when the world reopened, you then returned the sub contractors agreement with comments in it including sentences with "F'ing" in them and resigned. we could have terminated you're services on the 1st day of lockdown, as there were no rentals going to happen, but we stood by you and paid you your full salary - we would of also reviewed and increased salary in October as discussed but you decided to resign instead. we wish you the best of luck in whatever you do but thought it prudent to let ppl know the background to the comment you made.
