GoogleVery poor service, waiting one hour outside for the key, wrong address provided. No towels and toilet paper. Wrong WiFi codes, bad internet connection, last days no WiFi at all. Contacting the agent almost not possible, no answers, no solutions. Very hot in the apartment, no klimatcontrol, very noisy, day and night. Way too expensive for the service the agent provided

Thank you for your review - pls note you arrived very late aT night and one of our staff came out of hours to accommodate you. Pls also note the flat reflects the price you paid - it was not marketed with climate control and flats with these options are often triple priced! The flat is not noisy - the area is you are living in central london what else would you expect from one of the busiest cities in the world?! Next time it may be best to chose a wider location if you want tranquility

GoogleI do recommend Golden Eagle International Ltd . September is usually high season for rent hunting, they helped me manage to find a flat. They are very professional, helpful and the service is excellent. I personally dealt with Nadeer, I honestly recommend him.

GoogleI stayed at cumberland court, the location is great,very close to marble arch tube station and Oxford St. Decent sized room with almost every amenity available. The three gentleman at the reception Anwar, Sam & Peter are very welcoming and helpful. Sainsbury close by,and the supermarket downstairs has halal options as well. I would suggest though to freshen up the hallway carpets,they are a little old.

GoogleGreat lettings company all round with wonderful staff. Special mention to Peter Rezk for his prompt and excellent service with regards to maintenance issues and Joe Prodanov for his kindness in helping a tenant who locked himself out by accident. Would highly recommend!
