Very bad customer services. Their tone of voice changes the moment you singed the contract. If you have any problem regarding maintenance you are on your own, they won't help you.I don't know about all branches but I'm speaking about uxbridge branch( management department) from my own experience.

Ruislip office has appaling customer service. Never return calls or emails. Told blatant lies by sales staff. Manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain so I commented on the unprofessional attitude on their Twitter account only to be blocked ! Avoid !!

I have never met an estate agents that are so badly organised, rude and fundamentally disrespectful. They have no interest in their tenants whatsoever and are only out to try and get more money. Avoid at all costs and save yourself a lot of trouble!

Scammers !! gave my neighbours next door 6 weeks sole agency contract at a very low percentage and came in pushing me to sign a contract at a sole agency at double the percentage!!! with for a 16-week contract!

GoogleAwfull! Completely unprofessional. Even trying to escape with false arguments like I've tried to call you this morning, maybe you téléphone is not working!! Courtesy training should be the minimum for the whole staff. The lady I talked to didn't even apologise.
