Total waste of time

Wasted my time this morning, booked a viewing for this morning, confirmed over email. Got a call from the agent this morning to confirm, but at a different time 30 mins earlier, which was fine. I then got a call 5 mins before to inform me he was running late, an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. I then went to the property knocked on the door and the occupier told me he was not informed of the viewing and the agent has not showed up.

I rarely write a review but I really want to say something about my experience with Gibbs Gillespie. Me and my husband spotted an apartment and our first contact was Victoria Chmura. She gave us the correct information, she was always helpful and ensured that everything is going smoothly from booking the viewing until the moment that the contract was signed. Since day one Victoria ensured that we are up to date to each step and that we understand the process clearly. We want to thank her enormously for all the efforts she has put into this. Also need to mention that the branch as a whole is working very effectively, as in this process was also involved Sahil and Liam, and they both showed professionalism and positivity. Overall a good service

This review is for the Ruislip branch, where we were helped by Matt and Elaine in the sale of our property. Initially our experience was a little shaky. Gibbs were excellent at organising everything very quickly - we signed the contract at the beginning of the week and before the week had ended our home was listed with some beautiful photos. We were looking to sell during the height of the stamp duty holiday and our property was very overvalued, which probably hurt us a little in the beginning and caused us to miss a few opportunities. However, once the price was corrected we got some good offers in and felt well supported and informed at all times. We appreciated the consistent and regular updates. Elaine in particular was a great support during this time - especially when we were in the final stages of trying to complete and I will always be very grateful for her sympathetic ear. A little bit of kindness and understanding can mean the world to anxious sellers/ buyers. Many thanks for all your help in seeing our sale through to the end.

I have sold my property and GG were the selling agent, the whole sale process was so stressful due to delay from solicitor and one after another hiccups and it took almost 7 months to complete the sale. Aqib Hamid was dealing with my property, I must say he is man with lots of patience. If it was someone else, he/she would have gave on this sale long time back. But Aqib made sure the completion happens. I will definitely recommend Gibbs Gillespie to anytime.
