GoogleI have never seen such a convoluted process to rent a house in London, coupled with a completely un-helpful (if not rude) staff in the agency.

GoogleI moved in East Village in July. It is an amazing experience. Zainab Fayad and Billy Harding, from Getliving, helped me a lot with the contract, the energy and many other preparations. They are very friendly and patient and they would reply the emails very in time.

GoogleUnbelievably badly managed service. Laura Wicks ignored our emails for months claiming she was working to resolve a deposit issue and housemate leaving our tenancy. Completely mis-advised us - told us she was speaking with solicitors on the issue when in actual fact the solution was simple. Probably the worst admin I've ever experienced.
