Extremely incompetent, rude, and home to one of the UK’s poorest management departments. Provided absolutely no help during the tenancy but were quick to bill us for repairs to their poor quality fittings that they refused to assist with throughout the time we lived in their flat. Strongly recommend to avoid.

YellRude, abnoxious staff. Useless customer service
Worst experience in dealing with an estate agent. No one knows what's going on there. The managing director is rude and abnoxious and feels it's appropriate to shout at customers. Turnover of staff is high as it's a horrible environment in which to work.
