David made the process of getting a flat really enjoyable, and unlike other agents he never pushed us into signing anything we wouldn't want. We moved into our new flat within a week after we enquired, and despite everything happening quickly, it all went smoothly. David always responded within minutes and answered all questions and requests we had, even during the weekend. Overall we had a very positive experience, cannot think of a single negative. We sold our house in Queens Park through Garrison Estates following a recommendation. Kay was extremely professional and personable from the word go and we immediately felt like he was looking after us personally in a way that was very different to our previous negative experiences with bigger high street agents. We had an cash offer at asking on the table within two weeks of signing up with him (and before going to market). The sales process then seemed to go very smoothly to completion seven weeks later. We would definitely use Garrison Estates again and recommend highly to anyone else. His commission was also significantly lower than any high street agent!

We first used Garrison Estates when we were looking for our flat. David was excellent throughout the process. He showed great patience when we looked at multiple properties, had good knowledge of the properties, he was happy to provide an opinion including negatives about what he was showing, provided good support during the negotiations with the seller and then also supported during the buying process. David was highly responsive throughout. We were so impressed that we decided to use Garrisons again to help us find a tenant for our flat. David also provided great service during this process. We were particularly impressed with how well he kept us informed about how the search was going, his commercial insight and his responsiveness. A friend recommended Kay at Garrison Estates, when I mentioned tenants were leaving my flat after 5 years. Having previoulsy used traditional estate agents, working with Kay was a breath of fresh air and as a bonus considerably cheaper!. Kay created a fabulous listing and then arranged for suitable prospective tenants to view my flat. Kay was incredibly efficient and also assisted me with the AST and Deposit scheme. Estate agents in London have earned themselves a reputation over the decades as being lazy, annoying, rude, untrustworthy and from my perspective most of them are bell-ends. Kay is the opposite of all of these characteristics and is a genuine, smart person who has a moral compass and a depth of knowledge regarding the market and trends.
