GoogleGarrison Estates have successfully sold the majority of the units in our latest development. This was as a direct result of David’s hard work from day 1 until the sale of the final unit. He was quick to gain a wholistic understanding of the unit offering and the building as a whole, including understanding the technical information on the specification (heat pumps for heating and hot water, wooden flooring specs, kitchen brand and quality etc etc) and as a result he was able to answer all questions from prospective buyers.
David was a pleasure to work with and stuck close to the sale process until completion. Always there to support the buyers, many of which were first time buyers who needed advice from someone as experienced and helpful as David and always able to provide us with progress updates.
