I have recently just bought my first home through Galloways. Although the process had many difficulties and lots of hoops to jump through, the staff at Galloways were always on hand help. As a first time buyer, the entire process is especially daunting, however, I felt I could always ask for honest, reliable advice from Liz and Steve. People often underestimate how important it is to communicate information between parties. Without the help of Galloways, especially in the final stages, I think the whole process could have dragged on for months. It’s reassuring to know that if I ever wanted to sell in the future I can always call on the staff at Galloways. All the best!

We bought a property with Galloways acting for the sellers. We found Sarah to be very responsive to our emails and requests. As with any deal there were tricky issues which Galloways helped us navigate. We were particularly impressed with Sarah’s proactive chasing of all involved parties to resolve issues. From a buying perspective Galloways were very straightforward and easy to deal with. We will definitely consider using Galloways if we move in the future.

I have recently dealt with Gallloways. I must say that they are very professional and they know what to do. Whilst all other estate agents offer people 10 minutes to view properties, I have been offered 45 minutes on Saturday noon time (one of the busiest times in that business. Sasha, in particular, was very professional and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone

Pushy sales team, constant phone calls despite being told to communicate through our solicitors. No update when keys were ready to collect, we had to call three times and ended up collecting keys the next day. Unfortunately cannot recommend Galloways.
