GoogleSteve and his team provided us with a very professional service. Throughout the sale, Galloways were responsive and crucially unlike other agents in the area we could always get to speak to the right person. The post 'offer' service was excellent. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

GoogleAs a recent buyer with Galloways, I was very pleasantly surprised by this estate agents. Very little evidence of the estate agent 'stereotype'. They were responsive, polite, straight-forward and transparent. No hard sell at all. I kept wondering to myself what the catch was and when it would come. It never did. Refreshing. Recommended.

FacebookI can't praise Galloways enough, having known them for 10 years first as a landlord renting my house and then this year selling. All the team have been great this year in selling my house, taking the stress out of what could have been a very stressful year. Whilst I was living abroad, renting my house I had full confidence that my house and tenant were looked after making for a positive experience.

GoogleOught to take your sold signs down when asked to. We've had yours for a year now.
We take all reviews very seriously at Galloways. You are correct, we had a board at this address for some time but once we completed on a sale in the building we removed the advertising board, only to be instructed to sell a second property in the building shortly after. We then errected another for sale board and subsequently sold that flat too. We apologsie for any inconvience this casued you. We did act within the law of the Town and Planning Act 1990 and responded to all emails rasied by you.

GoogleI recently employed Galloways to sell my flat in West Norwood. The staff in the office were always informative and helpful and I was very impressed when watching them show prospective buyers around. After an offer was accepted the staff kept me constantly updated, and I feel went much further than most estate agents normally would to ensure that my sale went through. Whilst other estate agents seem to only think about their personal sales bonus Galloways offer exception service in a friendly manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell, and I will be using them again when it comes to selling my next property.

GoogleReally great guys at Galloways. After a fraught year of trying to buy a house and being let down numerous times we were very wary of Estate Agents. I can honestly say these guys were the opposite of this. They always took our calls and helped us through the process even when it was looking decidedly shaky.
