Stay away from this. I opened an account, upgraded to paid and only did one testlink to our own website (simply Web Hosting) - in the Middle of the night the account was cancelled for fraud URL and a promise to return the money which never happened.

Prompt Support Service

Prompt response to our queries regarding an issue with the API call. We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call. Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc.The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and solve issues faster.

Fraser & Co absolutely deserves their terrible reputation. Unbelievably dishonest agents which use all possible ways to steal clients’ money. They also lie every time when answering questions. If you’re landlord, avoid this company. They also post fake reviews in huge numbers to hide lots of negative real reviews.

AVOID - at all cost. I had wished to place a offer on the property - they took my holding deposit and never contacted me for 3 days. I had asked for my deposit back due to the lack of service i had received - im still waiting for my £500 that had been takan from me - they has said it willl take 3-5 working days its now the 10th day and now they have stop taking my calls. Its been the worse experience iv had with a agent. Avoid for the disappointment will be taking this further to retrieve my funds.
